from all sides. You can dine inside or alfresco on the barbecue
deck that overlooks the pool. Covered decks and sun decks
surround the house on three sides and on two levels, adding over
2000 sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment. |

Living Areas |

Enter the great room where a spacious living and dining area
opens to a beautiful wrap around deck. A custom-made mahogany
bar is the perfect place to mix up a tropical concoction to sip
on a carefree day. The kitchen is complete with an Italian
granite island perfect for preparing gourmet delights. Local
renouned artist, Helen Eltis, has created a masterpiece illusion
with her painting of this room in the Trompe L'Oeil style. |

pool deck is the perfect gathering place, complete with your own

Each of the four king-size bedrooms offers hand-carved teak
furnishings from Bali, air conditioning and privacy with their
own bathrooms and sun decks. One bedroom has the option of two
twin beds. Meritage comfortably accommodates up to eight people.

Relaxing king size bedroom, features a large armoir and
loveseat. The private sun deck is a perfect place to read a
book, or enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the views of
the garden and the Caribbean sea. |
